LUCY'S LEMON SQUARES 
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. lemon juice (ReaLemon)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

In a medium size bowl cut butter into the 2 cups sifted flour and powdered sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

While the crust is baking, mix together eggs and 2 cups sugar. Beat very well and add lemon juice, 1/4 cup flour, and baking powder. After crust is done, pour lemon mixture over it and bake for another 25 minutes. When cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
