BURRITO CASSEROLE 
6 flour tortillas
1 lb. ground meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can chili with beans
1 can chopped green chiles
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tomato
12 black olives

Saute meat and onion. Drain fat (7 minutes in microwave). Add chiles and can of chili, heat slightly.

In 8 inch pyrex round dish place tortilla, spread cooked mixture over. Sprinkle with cheese. Continue to layer. Cover with saran. Cook 4-5 minutes in microwave until heated through. Garnish with cheese, olives and tomato wedges. Cook another 1 1/2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
