BURRITO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion
#2 can refried beans
1 jar salsa sauce (mild, med., or hot), enough to thicken meat
11 oz. pkg. nacho chips
1 (2 to 2 1/2) can Italian tomatoes, cut in pieces
1 pkg. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 head lettuce, shredded

Fry onion and beef until browned. Add beans and salsa sauce. Simmer 2 minutes.

Crush chips. Line 9 x 13 dish with half of chips. Add meat sauce. Cover with tomatoes that have been chopped. Add shredded lettuce over entire dish. Add cheese over lettuce. Add remaining chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. The salsa sauce will determine the degree of hotness you want.
