CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4-6 boned skinned chicken breasts
1/4 lb. melted butter
8 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water or chicken broth
1 pkg. herb stuffing mix

Arrange chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with cheese. Pour soup and liquid over chicken and cheese. Combine herb stuffing mix with butter. Spread on top. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Remove cover last 1/2 hour.
