PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (drained, but save juice)
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 roll Ritz crackers (crumbled)
4 tbsp. melted butter

Combine sugar and flour in 2 quart casserole. Add pineapple tidbits and cheese. Put small amount of juice over mixture. Sprinkle crumbs of Ritz crackers on top. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
