CHICKEN SALAD 
9 c. chicken or turkey breast, cut into bite size pieces
3 c. toasted almonds (1 lb.)
6 c. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. onion juice
3 cans sliced water chestnuts
6 c. green seedless grapes
3 sm. cans pineapple, chopped & drained

Mix mayo, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry, onion juice. Combine with other ingredients except nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Add nuts when ready to serve. Serves 24.
