1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 pkgs. chipped beef, chopped
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Cream together milk and cream cheese. Chop the chipped beef. Mix together rest of ingredients. Serve with Fritos. Tastes good warm.
