MOLDED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lemon jello (or 2 sm.)
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. mustard
2 c. grated cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. each chopped chives and parsley for color

Combine first 3 ingredients; chill until syrupy. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard; mix and let congeal more. Add remaining ingredients.
