SUMMER VEGETABLE MOLD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 c. cabbage, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. raisins

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and vinegar. Blend into salad dressing. Chill until partially set. Fold in vegetables and raisins, pour into 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
