4-6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned & pounded flat
2 eggs, beaten with a little milk added
2 c. cracker crumbs
Oil

Roll pounded chicken breasts in egg mixture and then in cracker crumbs, coating well. Cook in pan in hot oil until done. This makes the chicken very tender.
