DEEP FRIED PULLED PORK
1 Boston Butt pork roast
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup yellow corn meal
salt, to taste
Deep fryer or deep pan with oil to 350°F.

For dipping sauce:

One bottle honey mustard salad dressing
One bottle Kraft Horseradish Sauce

Slow cook pork on smoker for 10 to 12 hours. When meat has cooled enough, pull the meat into strips and refrigerate over night.

To make dipping sauce, combine honey mustard salad dressing and horseradish sauce; refrigerate.

Combine Bisquick with cornmeal in a gallon size freezer bag and shake until blended. Add strips of the cold smoked pork to bag and shake to coat. Add pork to 350°F deep fryer for 45 seconds, remove to paper towel to drain excess oil. Season with salt to taste. Dip in the sauce.

Great finger food! This will blow your mind!!

I did not do this exact recipe. Used more of a bbq sauce and made a sandwich. Thought had made up a new feast LOL... Found this recipe. Will make it next time... Deep Fried Pulled Pork is an excellent flavor/texture.
