1 c. sifted flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. melted butter

Put all ingredients into blender. Cover and process at Mix until smooth. Heat electric skillet. Brush with butter and pour batter in four pancakes. Flip when needed. Serve with butter and syrup. Could also be used as crepes.
