VEAL SCALLOPINI 
1 lb. veal
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 med. pepper fresh
1 crushed garlic clove
1 c. flour
3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion med. fresh diced
1 can crushed tomatoes

Take veal and pound lightly with tenderizer hanmmer. Dip veal in milk.

In bowl mix 1 cup of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and dip veal in mixture and set aside.

Beat egg and 1 cup of milk together and dip floured veal in egg wash and dip in flavored bread crumbs and set on plate.

Take 10 inch fry pan or bigger and cover bottom of pan with olive oil. Heat until oil is hot and fry veal until golden brown. Drain and set aside.

In 10 inch fry pan or bigger "I prefer bigger" fry diced onion and peppers until tender. Add seasoning and crushed tomatoes. Cook 10 to 15 minutes; add veal and simmer for 15 minutes.

Seasoning used are salt, pepper. oregano, sweet basil, parsley flakes, garlic salt or powder or fresh.
