SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. apple
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. honey

1. Shred cabbage. 2. Dice onion. 3. Mix butter, water, salt, honey, vinegar, brown sugar in sauce pan, and bring to boil. 4. Add cabbage, cover tightly, and turn off heat. Let set for 1 hour. 5. Serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold in a lettuce leaf.
