GERMAN PANCAKES 
1 egg
1 c. flour
Water
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. raisins
Cinnamon
3 tbsp. sugar

Combine 1 egg and 1 cup of flour and water to make thin batter. Make large thin pancakes; put to one side.

FILLING:

1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. raisins
Cinnamon to taste
3 tbsp. sugar

Roll pancakes with filling inside. Place in casserole and sprinkle with sugar and pour cream over. Brown in 350 degree oven. Serve with pears.
