CHOCOLATE VELVET SAUCE 
2 sq. bitter chocolate
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
Pinch salt
1 c. evaporated milk

Melt first 4 ingredients in top of double boiler. Sugar won't melt completely. Stir in evaporated milk. Sauce will thicken some. Store in refrigerator. Warm when ready to use. Excellent topping for ice cream or to pour over cake.
