COUNTRY SUPPER | |
6 slices bacon 1 lb. Kielbasa, sliced into 1 inch slices 4 potatoes, thinly sliced 1 bunch broccoli, trimmed and sliced 3 carrots, sliced 1/2 c. celery, sliced 1 med. onion, chopped Salt and pepper to taste In heavy skillet fry bacon until crisp. Remove. Add sliced potatoes, broccoli, carrots, celery and onions to bacon drippings. Fry over medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste. When vegetables are tender, stir in Kielbasa. Heat 12 minutes, covered. Top with crumbled bacon. |
