1/4 c. confectioners' sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (have used lite) 3 1/2 c. cold milk 1 (3 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding 1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding (have used sugar free) 1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 (20 oz.) pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies In a large bowl, combine milk, pudding, sugar and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. In a plastic bag, crush 1/2 of the cookies. Add the crushed cookies to the pudding mixture. Mix well until cookies are completely stirred into the pudding. Line the bottom of an 8 inch plastic flower pot with aluminum foil to cover the drainage holes and pour mixture into it. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Meanwhile, crush the remaining cookies. After the pudding has set, place the crushed cookies on the top of the pudding mixture in the pot. This will give it the dirt effect. Tape several plastic or silk flowers together and wrap the stem with aluminum foil. When ready to serve, insert the flowers in the middle of the Dirt Pudding in the pot. Serves 10-12. |
