HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
4 to 5 thick pork chops
3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. catsup
1 lemon, sliced
Salt & pepper
Water

Brown pork chops in fry pan. Season with salt and pepper. Remove chops and stir in brown sugar and catsup and about 1/2 cup water. Return chops to pan and place 1 slice of lemon on each chop. Cook 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, covered, adding water as needed. Turn once.
