1/4 c. butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk

Brown the butter over medium heat until dark brown color. Remove from heat. Blend in the sugar and vanilla. Add milk and beat until smooth. Frost Treasure Chest Bars or any other cookie desired.
