ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, soft
1 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, soft

Mix crumbs, sugar and butter to fit 13"x9" pan. Put in refrigerator to set. Mix pudding with milk, fold into ice cream. Freeze top with chocolate shavings and whipped topping (optional).
