PRALINE ICE CREAM CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 2 c. soft vanilla ice cream 2 eggs 2/3 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. graham cracker crumbs Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan. Remove from heat. Add ice cream, then all remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. To serve, cut cake into squares and top with caramel topping and ice cream or whipped cream. |
