BAKED HADDOCK 
1 lb. fish fillet
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Place fish in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper, paprika. In saucepan melt butter; blend in flour. Add milk, stir until thick. Stir in cheese until melted. Pour sauce over fish; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
