CHEESY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed crackers

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well and cool. Combine mayonnaise, soup, egg and grated cheese, stir in cooked broccoli. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
