CHALUPE 
3 lbs. pork roast
1 lb. dry pinto beans
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 c. chopped chilies
2 tbsp. salt

Mix all together in crock pot and cover with water. Cook 8 hours or until meat falls off bones. Take meat out and remove the bones. Return to pot and cook uncovered 1 to 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives, sour cream, green onions and avocados.
