JACK POT NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground round steak
2 tbsp. fat
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 or 11 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
Salt and pepper
1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) cream style corn
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
1 c. grated American cheese

Brown meat in hot fat. Add onion, cook until golden. Add tomato soup, water and noodles. Cook until noodles are tender, stirring frequently. Season to taste. Add corn, olives and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
