PORK CHOP BAKE 
4 to 6 pork chops
4 red potatoes
4 carrots or (sweet potatoes)
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper

Brown pork chops on both sides in semi-greased skillet, cut potatoes in cubes, slice carrots or sweet potatoes put all vegetables, 1/2 cup of water, salt and pepper in casserole dish, lay pork chops on top of vegetables, cover, cook 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
