PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 can sweet potatoes
4-5 apples, peeled & cored
6 pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 c. brown sugar
butter

Place 1/2 inch of sweet potato slices in flat greased baking dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle on brown sugar. Place 1/2 inch of sliced apples on sweet potatoes. Lay pork chops on top. Season with salt, pepper and brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.

Makes 6 servings.
