STRAWBERRY ROLL 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Put wax paper on cookie sheet. Spray with Pam and dust with flour.

In mixer bowl, beat eggs for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar. On low speed blend in water and vanilla. Gradually add flour and baking powder and salt. Beat until batter is smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Then turn into cup towel dusted with powdered sugar. Roll up and let cool. When cool, fill with 1 carton whipping cream which has been whipped to which some powdered sugar has been added. Add 2 cartons of frozen strawberries, well drained. Fold together. Unroll the cake and fill roll back up and dust with powdered sugar.
