CHICKEN & MUSHROOMS 
2-3 lbs. chicken parts (any)
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cans sliced mushrooms, save juice
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. oregano
1 pkg. white rice (amount desired)

Pour olive oil in casserole dish. Place washed chicken in dish, skin side up. Pour canned mushrooms with juice over chicken. Sprinkle with garlic, pepper and oregano. Place in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil for first hour, then remove foil. Serve over rice.
