PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. graham crackers, crumbled (approx. 11 crackers)
2 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. butter

Mix above ingredients and put on bottom of 13"x9" pan.

1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lg. (12 oz.) Carnation milk
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar

Mix Jello and water and set aside to cool. Mix cream cheese, softened and sugar with a mixer until sugar is thoroughly blended. Chill milk until it starts to freeze around the edges, take it out and whip it with a mixer. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly and pour into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham crackers on top.
