BETSY'S WILD RICE SUPREME 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® mixture or half and half white and wild
1/2 c. each onion, celery and mushrooms, chopped
Chicken stock
1 cooked chicken
1 daisy ham

Cook rice in chicken stock. Cut up chicken and ham and combine with rice in casserole. Pour over this sauce:

3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
