SUMMER LUNCH 
6 lg. uniform size tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tsp. chopped green pepper
3 tsp. chopped pimiento
2 tsp. catsup
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chopped onion
2 level tsp. salt
6 lettuce leaves
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. chili sauce

Wash and peel the tomatoes. Remove part of the insides to form a cup. Mix the celery, green pepper, pimiento, parsley, onion and salt. Fill the tomatoes with the mixture. Place upon lettuce leaves. Mix the mayonnaise and chili sauce and pour a portion over the tomatoes. Add one tablespoon catsup to each prepared salad, allowing the catsup to run down over the mayonnaise. Serve with crisp wafers or with cheese balls.
