CHOCOLATE-CHOCOLATE-CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
3-4 tsp. cocoa
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. (4 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 c. milk
4 sq. (1 oz. each) melted unsweetened chocolate
1 (6 oz.) pkg. fudge or chocolate pieces

Grease three 8 inch cake pans and dust with cocoa. Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy, 5 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Blend in vanilla.

Add flour, soda and salt to creamed mixture alternating with milk (beginning and ending with flour). Thoroughly blend melted chocolate into batter. Pour half of batter equally into 3 pans, then sprinkle fudge pieces over batter. Pour remaining batter over chocolate pieces.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool before frosting.

CHOCOLATE-CHOCOLATE-CHOCOLATE CAKE FROSTING:

1 pkg. fudge chocolate chips
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. (4 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/3 c. soft butter
4 c. 10X sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate pieces with oil; set aside. Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy, then gradually blend in sugar and vanilla; then blend in chocolate mixture that you set aside. Beat in egg and milk, one tablespoon at a time, until of spreading consistency.
