CHULENT 
Lima beans & short rib dinner
3 lb. short ribs, cut into 2" pieces
3 lg. onions, chopped
2 tsp. salt
3/4-1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. water
2 potatoes
1 c. lima beans

1. Soak beans in water overnight.

2. In Dutch oven brown ribs on all sides.

3. Add onions and saute until brown.

4. Add salt, pepper, paprika, water and beans (strain beans from water) (. Simmer covered for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add potatoes. Taste for more salt if needed.
