CHICKEN CACCIATORE | |
1 lb. boneless chicken thighs 1 can tomato sauce 2 cans mushrooms 2-3 green peppers, cut into strips 1 onion Saute chicken thighs until slightly brown. Add onion and green pepper; add tomato sauce and 1/2 can water. Cover and cook on low heat on range until chicken breaks away from the bone; add mushrooms and continue cooking uncovered for 15 minutes. More water can be added if you like a lot of sauce. |
