SUMMER SQUASH PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. grated squash
3 eggs, well beaten
1 heaping tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon flavoring
2 tbsp. coconut flavoring
1/3 c. coconut
1/2 stick butter

Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
