RAINBOW COOKIE BARS | |
1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk 1 (3 1/3 oz.) can flaked coconut (1 1/2 c.) 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. chocolate M&M plain candies Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish). Use oven to melt butter in a 13 by 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle crumbs over butter; pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Pour in remaining ingredients; press down firmly and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and chill thoroughly if desired. Cut into bars and store loosely covered at room temperature. |
