COUNTRY FRIED STEAK 
1 1/2-2 lb. chuck or top round
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1 1/2-2 c. flour
1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
1/4 c. cooking oil

Pound steak and cut into serving pieces. Mix egg and milk. Stir flour and seasoning salt together in shallow pan. Dip meat into egg and then into flour. Brown slowly in hot oil. Turn once during browning. Cover; cook over low heat for 45 minutes until tender.
