STUFFED PEPPERS 
24 lg. green peppers
4 lbs. ground beef
2 sm. cans mushrooms
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Parboil peppers in water three minutes, stuff with above mixture. Put in pan and bake 1/2 hour. These are ready to serve when put in oven until good and hot.
