FINGER STEAKS 
1 lb. steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. seasoning salt
Pepper
Oil

Beat together eggs, flour, milk and seasoning. Dip cubes of steak into batter. Deep fry in hot oil (1 1/2 inches deep), turning when one side is golden brown. Remove to drain on paper towels. This batter can be used to make onion rings as an accompaniment.
