SMOKED TURKEY PANINI 
PER SERVING:

avocado slices
red bell pepper slices
smoked turkey
Provolone or Muenster cheese slices
mayonnaise
thick sliced bread
non-stick cooking spray (Pam)
olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

Heat Panini press. Spray with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Lightly brush sides of bread with olive oil. Spread mayonnaise on each slice. Layer 2 to 3 slices of smoked turkey on each slice of bread. Place 3 thin slices of peeled avocado on bread. Place 4 to 5 thin strips of red bell pepper or roasted red pepper on bread. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Layer with 1 to 3 slices of cheese. Top with the turkey and bread.

Put on Panini press, applying a little pressure until done.

Slice and enjoy!
