FRUIT SLUSH 
3 bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
2 c. sugar free ginger ale
1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, finely chopped
1 orange rind and juice
1 lemon rind and juice

In a 3 quart non-metal container, combine bananas, pineapple, juice concentrates, ginger ale, and cherries; mix well. Grate peel of orange and lemon and squeeze juice of orange and lemon; add to pineapple mixture. Cover; freeze, stirring occasionally for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve in small dessert dishes. Yields 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
