2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

TOPPING:

3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix sweet potatoes with sugar, eggs, butter and spices. Bake in a greased casserole for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Add topping and bake 10 minutes more.
