EASY DOUGHNUTS 
1 can refrigerator biscuits
1/2 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. oil

Place biscuits flat on a cutting board, with a small cookie cutter, punch out the center, making the "doughnut hole". Deep fry, using a small, but deep boiler, doughnuts and holes in the oil, until golden brown on both sides. Roll in sugar until well coated.
