REDUCED FAT CITRUS CHEESECAKE | |
1/4 c. graham crumbs 2 pkg. (8 oz.) Low-Fat cream cheese 1 can (14 oz.) Low-Fat Eagle Brand milk 4 egg whites 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tbsp. grated orange rind Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan with Pam. Sprinkle crumbs in bottom of pan. In a mixing bowl. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth. Add egg whites, lemon juice and orange rind. Mix well, pour into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Chill. |
