OCTOBERFEST PIZZA 
2 pizza crusts
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut, well drained
8 oz. Muenster cheese, shredded
1 lb. smoked bratwurst or smoked kielbasa, sliced, browned and drained
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Sprinkle crust with Swiss cheese. Top with sauerkraut then Muenster cheese and meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Cheddar. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts and is bubbly. Makes two 12 inch pizzas.
