OATMEAL LACE COOKIES 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
2 tbsp. whipping cream
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Sift flour, baking powder and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients, mixing until well blended. Drop by slightly heaped quarter teaspoons 4 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
