PARTY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, split and boned, 8 pieces
2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. sour cream
8 slices bacon, partially cooked (limp)
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef

Chop dried beef and spread in 9x13 pan. Roll boned and pounded chicken breasts. Insert one piece dried beef and wrap with slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks.

Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Bake 3 hours uncovered at 250 degrees.

May use cream of chicken soup.
