1 box lemon cake mix
1 box (3 3/4 oz.) instant lemon pudding mix
1 oz. poppy seeds
4 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. cold water

Mix cake, mix pudding, mix poppy seeds in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil and water. Beat well. Pour into 2 (9 x 5) well greased loaf pans and bake in 350 degrees oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
